Booking confirmation and payment methods
To confirm and finalize the booking and ensure the availability of the selected accommodation for the chosen dates, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit. N.B. In any case Rome Hosting reserves the right to communicate within 48 hours any change, modification or refusal of the reservation, returning the amount paid immediately. The payment methods are as follows: - PayPal - Online payment by credit card. - Payment on the spot by credit card. The data of a valid credit card will be requested to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation. In case of payment by credit card it will not be necessary to provide additional credentials as a guarantee. TERMS OF CANCELLATION You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival you will be charged 30% of the total cost. If you don't show up, you will have to pay the total amount. BALANCE The balance of the entire amount will be required upon arrival. There is no currency exchange. TOURIST TAX 3.50 euros per day per person, free for children under 12. USEFUL INFORMATION Check in from 15.00 - 24.00 Check out by 10.00. In any case, communicate your arrival time at the facility in order to better organize check-in. Any arrivals or departures at different times must be agreed in advance between the parties and confirmed by the structure.
